SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping Within India
We take care of the shipping charges of all the products sent to you, so shipping fee is included in the price. All products are normally shipped within 7-10 business days from receiving your order.
International Orders
For all International orders the shipping charges are extra based on the product ordered and destination country. You will also need to pay the custom duty applicable on the products in your country at the time of receiving the courier.
You will receive shipping details by email within 1-2 business days from the date of shipping the products.
Expected courier delivery lead time based on location:
Within Delhi: Within 2 to 4 business days approximately
Metros: Within 3 to 5 business days approximately
Non-Metros and Interiors: Within 5 to 10 business days approximately
International: Within 10 to 14 business days approximately
CANCELLATION POLICY
It is possible to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible and we will try to help you out. Any orders with personalisation or customisation are non-cancellable, no refund will be made in case such an order is cancelled.
RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY
We guarantee the quality of our products. If you are not happy with the quality of your order, have received an incomplete/wrong order or believe your product is defective, please contact us @ snugglyspaces@gmail.com
We offer refunds/ exchange only if the item has a manufacturing defect. Slight colour variations in the product from the photograph are a part of online selling, hence it will not be counted as a manufacturing defect.In case of a return, you may choose any other item of the same value. Minor printing issues and marks can be present and will not be counted as manufacturing defect, but you can still contact us for any issues and we will try our best to resolve them at the earliest.
To be eligible for a replacement/return:
Please inform us within 2 days from the date of receipt of the product and return it within 10 days.
Your item must be unused and the labels as well as packaging intact.

After you have received the products you ordered, you may carefully examine them within the period of 2 days, but only in a manner as you would examine the products of any other offline reseller.
The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please make sure you pack the returns safely to prevent any damage to the products. Please keep receipts and tracking numbers as proof of sending the items back. Return/ replacement/ refund will be initiated after we have received the returned products safely and our team has examined the problem as notified by you.
How to return an item:
Please send us an email within 2 days of receiving your product to snugglyspaces@gmail.com. Kindly mention your order number, description of the issue along with a photo. Make sure to retain the original invoice/tags and allow 1-2 business days for our team to get back to you.
Once our team has contacted you regarding your replacement/return request, you will be asked to ship the product back to us at the below address:
